Our names are Matt and Julia, we are a married couple and we’ve been together for 10 years.
Julia was born and raised in Siberia, Russia. Matt was born and raised just outside of London, England.
We met each other on separate holidays 10 years ago in Turkey at the ages of 18 and 20. We got married a year later and started a life together in Crawley, UK.
We always had a passion for travel, discovering new places, cultures and meeting different people from around the world.
In the 7 years we lived together in the UK, we made it our priority to live as tight as possible and always be conscious about what we spent our money on. This gave us the opportunity to pursue our passion and travel more.
We were always wondering what it would be like to actually travel full-time, if it was genuinely something for us and if we could actually make it work.
In late 2019, we finally decided that there was no point to just keep dreaming about it, we needed to try it, after all, we can always come back!
So we spent over a year planning everything, working as much as we could, saving up as much money as possible, sold everything we owned, and we left!
For the last two and half years we’ve been travelling the world full time and sharing our adventures over on YouTube!
Why are we doing this?
We have been travelling together for 9 years (out of which, 2.5 full time), we’ve had a lot of bad and good experiences, we wanted to do things our way. We know the feelings we want to feel and what we like to get out of travel, and we want to share that!
We have always wanted to start our own travel company and have been discussing the idea of it for a few years now. But kept waiting for “the right time” to do it.
Fast-forward to early-2023, and a group trip to Japan was life changing for us. It made us realise that we will always find ways of stinging this idea along. There will never be a ‘perfect moment’, but if we have passion for something we will make it happen no matter what. So, we took ‘the bull by the horns’ and here we are!
Our goals
Our goal is to share some of the lesser travelled parts of the world. Places that we would call, misunderstood. These are the places we have passion for sharing and where the most unique, genuine travel experiences are to be found.
The destinations we want to share with you, and bring you along with us to, are some of the most unique and mind-blowing on Earth, with amazing food, incredible landscapes and most of all, some of the most-hospitable people on the Planet. However, the reason we call them misunderstood, is that these the destinations we want to show you, are either unheard of, or we only hear negative news about.
We want you to see everything for yourself, the world is beautiful. Let’s discover it together, as friends, because for us, that is what travel is all about!
Alongside that, we want you to have experiences and life lasting memories, just like we have managed to collect over the recent years of travelling.

Why travel with us?
After two and half years travelling full time to some of the World’s most unique and less visited regions; from the coldest city on Earth (in January!), to the scorching hot desert of western Kazakhstan (in July!), we have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge of how to (& how not to) travel some of the least visited corners of our planet.
We have also made some incredible local friends along the way, as well as, meeting travellers from around the world who have shared their stories from the road, both good & bad.
After taking a large number of group tours over the years, we feel we now have a ‘near perfect’ formula of how a great travel experience should be!
